Kanaan: Postponing Ministerial Sessions Creates Political Crisis

Deputy Ibrahim Kanaan said on Friday in his interview to "Voice of Lebanon" (Voice of Freedom and Dignity) that the aim of the opposition is not to abolish the cabinet. But he added that every political side has the right to put an agenda or basic issues.

Moreover, he considered that "delaying the false witnesses issue after six months of its proposal and the postponement of the cabinet session without resorting to voting, create a political crisis".

Finally, he said Syrian-Saudi efforts help to reduce tension, pointing out that "the region is passing through critical stage and the internal unity is the guarantee to avoid any security turbulence in Lebanon".
