Zeaiter: Lebanon Will Remain Resistant to Liberate Land

Member of Liberation and Development Bloc MP Ghazi Zeaiter reiterated that, "the honorable people of Sidon censured the sectarian events that had occurred in Sidon and stood up to secession."

In an Ashoura Commemoration in Chmestar, Bekaa, Zeaiter stated, "We desperately need a stance inspired by Imam Hussein (AS) against oppression of targeting innocent children and unarmed women."
On another note, Zeaiter praised the Speaker of Parliament Nabih Berri, who "had always acted on the School of Imam Moussa al-Sadr for Lebanon’s unity in all its political parties and sects."

Moreover, the MP emphasized that the nation will remain unified and resistant alongside its Army to liberate the land and face "Israel", noting that, "while others had attempted to oust the government by boycotting, we hold onto it for Lebanon’s unity."

"Overthrowing the government should be done through the parliament, and anyone who wishes to boycott must submit his resignation instead," he further accentuated.
"We will not abandon our partners because our inevitable fate is to stand up to the destructive assault that Lebanon is still a part of," MP Ghazi Zeaiter concluded.
