Sheikh Qassem Receives Head of Union Party Murad

Hizbullah Deputy Secretary General, His Eminence Sheikh Naim Qassem, received Head of Union Party, former Minister Abdel-Rahim Murad, in the presence of Hizbullah Political Council member, Mahmoud Qomati. The meeting held the latest updates of local, regional, and international events.

In his statement after the meeting, Murad said, "The meeting with HE Sheikh Qassem was over the latest updates on the Lebanese level, especially what happened in Oyoun Orgosh, and strangely how media blacked out this case. The unpleasant surprise was that they were heavy-caliber weapons handed for guards, and what is worse; the weapons had Hebrew writings on them."

Murad further added, "We talk with pride about the weapon of the resistance, which made victory and freedom in the year 2000, after years of betting on international resolutions, which achieved nothing. In 2006, Hizbullah used its weapon to defeat the "Israeli" aggression, and thus we are constantly in need for that weapon, since the "Israeli" war on Lebanon continues".
