Qaouk: the “Israeli” Enemy is Deterred Only by Force & the Resistance Formula

Hizbullah official in the south, Sheikh Nabil Qaouk stressed that international and American interventions, decisions and promises do not deter the "Israeli" enemy, what protects the homeland is strength and the resistance formula, particularly the stands launched by the Secretary General of Hizbullah, His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.

Sheikh Qaouk was speaking in Tyre city during his reception of a delegation from the Popular Democratic Party, led by party leader Nazih Hamza and crowds from the regions of Akkar and the North.

Qaouk welcomed those present, saying: "With you victory grows larger, and through you the resistance is preserved. I welcome the struggling fighters and strugglers in your party, especially its President. In times of strife, when supporters were scarce and plight was at its peak, you proved yourselves faithful and loyal. I welcome you from Akkar, Al Minyeh, Tripoli and all the country, I Welcome to you dear friends and loyal supporters of Yahya Skaff, the resistance hero on the resistance front."

Sheikh Qaouk believed that the resistance experience revived the homeland and entered a new shining page in the region's history, righted history's wrongs and sparked hope in the hearts of the region's people. He pointed out that "After the victories of the resistance, ‘Israel' is no longer the same and our people no longer fear it."

Sheikh Qaouk asked: "Why give the enemy free political, security or military gains, when the enemy stands defeated before the resistance, suffering psychological crises, and bitterness of defeat of the July 2006 war.

Sheikh Qaouk stressed saying: "The future of Palestine is not carved by initiatives or negotiations but by the resistance rifles, and the blood of martyrs, who, through solid determination, proved able to create what diplomacy failed to achieve."

On another level, His Eminence drew attention to political and media incitement against Iran and Syria, aiming to create a rift between the resistance in Lebanon and Syria and Iran, saying "This reveals the extent of enemy and American ignorance, as well as that of countries floating in their orbit." He further stressed that "All pressures exerted to distance Syria and Iran from the resistance is a waste of time, because this relationship is too strong and honorable to be subject to blackmail or enticement."

Meanwhile, Sheikh Qaouk received the Assistant Secretary-General of the Islamic Sects Rapprochement Association, Sheikh Mohammad Mehdi Taskhiri, in the presence of the head of Imam Sadiq (AS) Association, Sheikh Hassan Baghdadi. Together they discussed the most important developments and situations in the region and the Islamic world.
