Berri: Missiles Issue is to Conceal American-"Israeli" complications

MPs quoted Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri stating in the weekly "Wednesday meeting" that "Raising the missiles issue is to mystify plans of dragging the Palestinian authority back to negotiations that do not guarantee halt of settlement extension."

He added, "This is also to conceal the complications in American-"Israeli" relations.

According to the MPs, Berri indicated that ""Israel" owns all kinds of modern warplanes, and an arsenal superior to the whole Arab world,"

"We have the right to defend ourselves in all available capacities" He assured.
