Hoss: American Delegation Visit to Lebanese Borders with Syria under Question

Former Prime Minister, Salim Hoss, said in a statement issued on the behalf of National Unity Podium "the Lebanese were astonished about news that reported that an American security delegation visited Lebanese-Syrian borders at Al Masnaa area."

He questioned the aim of such a visit especially that it is not the outcome of diplomatic procedures.

Hoss, hoped that such an issue will not pass without investigations after which an official statement would be issued to clarify what happened and mention steps taken by the Government to defend National sovereignty and prevent that from happening again.
