Moussawi: We Must Prepare our Society to Confront an "Israeli" Aggression when it Occurs

Member of the Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc MP Nawwaf Moussawi stressed that Lebanon continues to be in the heart of a battle on three levels, "Confronting the ‘Israeli' aggression, the battle of liberating the national decision-making from American hegemony, and fulfilling common living in a proper way."

Moussawi considered the security agreement between Lebanon's Internal Security Forces and the US Embassy in Beirut, "is one of the faces of American Hegemony which made the 2007 Government [in Lebanon] a mere contractor for the US Embassy."

Moussawi noted in a speech during a seminar titled ‘Municipalities: Mending Societies, Building Nations' in the Southern city of Tyre on Friday, "at the time when we work to prepare our defensive training capabilities, we must work on preparing our society so that it is ready to confront an ‘Israeli' aggression when it happens."
