Hariri Information Bureau Denies "Assafir" News Attributed to PM

Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri's Information Bureau denied in a statement what Lebanese "Assafir" newspaper had published earlier on Tuesday.
Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri's Information Bureau denied in a statement what Lebanese "Assafir" newspaper had published earlier on Tuesday.
The statement said, "Assafir published news which contradicts with Lebanon's interests, making Lebanon subject to serious regional conflicts".
The statement concluded, "The declarations and statements attributed to Prime Minister Hariri are not true".
"Assafir" daily published in its Tuesday edition news on behalf of PM Hariri, according to un-named Lebanese figures.
Sources quoted Hariri saying that he supports resistance arms possession and rearmament -including Scud missiles- as it is used to defend the borders and sovereignty of Lebanon from any "Israeli" attack.
