Ibrahim Moussawi: U.S. & Western Countries Reached Moral Bankruptcy in their Protection of the Zionist Entity

Media relations official in Hizbullah, Dr. Ibrahim Moussawi hailed the American Journalist Helen Thomas' courage describing it as remarkable, saying "Her words represented the harsh truth spoken before a tyrant ruler," highly valuing her stand as a badge of honor she bears.

He believed the repercussions following her statement represent a major scandal for U.S. hypocrisy and the lies by States and Governments that claim to uphold freedom, democracy and human rights.

He stressed that the vicious attack suffered by this American journalist and the long experience and history she represents, confirms that their claims to protecting human rights disappear when it comes to any criticism of 'Israel' and the Zionist crimes.

Dr. Moussawi said "Western countries, the U.S. at the forefront, reaffirm time and again that they reached the peak of moral bankruptcy and the adoption of double standards in their dealing with events, since they do not hesitate to take scandalous steps in their protection of the Zionist entity and in their attempt to intimidate any free voices that dare expose some of the facts relating to the Zionist entity's unending crimes."
