Hizbullah Official in South Lebanon Sheikh Nabil Qaouk assured, "Lebanon has the right in every drop of oil in its coasts, as it has the right in every grain of sand in the Sheba'a Farms," stressing that Lebanese duty is to defend this right, because it is in defense of Lebanese sovereignty.

Sheikh Qaouk pointed out that the delay of issuing a law that regulates taking advantage of this oil wealth in the sea, serves Zionist goals that US works on marketing in Lebanon.

In a statement he delivered in Ma'aroub South Lebanon, Sheikh Qaouk said, "This doesn't surprise us because America does not care about the Lebanese benefits; it only seeks to accomplish "Israeli" goals."

However, he assured, "The strategic trend in the region is on the resistance project's choice, and is preceding the American project that has been retreating and diminishing more and more in the past few days."

Hizbullah Official indicated that, "The American administration failed as all the American money spent in Lebanon to disfigure Hizbullah's image did not produce but regret and defeat after five years of spending 500 million dollars for accomplishing this goal."

Sheikh Qaouk reassured that the American Congress held private meetings to discuss Hizbullah's case, and recognized the American policy's failure in confronting the resistance.

He indicated that the US ambassador who served in Syria, Lebanon, and Iraq, Ryan Crocker assured that despite all the American support to Hizbullah's enemies, and despite all the American efforts to confront it, the party became socially, politically, publicly, and military stronger.

Sheikh Qaouk added, "After 28 years, the congress concluded that the biggest obstacle in the Middle East in face of the American project is Hizbullah in Lebanon, who was able to confront the widest and most inclusive military war year 2006, waged by the widest communicative and diplomatic attack since 2005 until 2010."

Sheikh Qaouk also indicated that, "Feltman's big disappointment was when he admitted that 500 million dollars were spent to disfigure Hizbullah's image, instead this image strongly improved."

He asked, "What do these millions do for the most honorable people. These people are too pure to be affected by American money, and these people proved during the July aggression that they are loyal and devoted to the resistance and its secretary general His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah."
