Qabalan: Clashes in South are Passing Clouds

According to the National News Agency, Vice head of the Shiite Supreme Council, Sheikh Abdel Amir Qabalan, deemed, in a statement on Friday delivered from the American University Hospital (AUH)-Beirut, the clashes that took place earlier this week between southerners and the UNIFIL, a passing cloud.

The Sheikh uttered gratefulness for the UNIFIL for the sacrifices it had offered in order that villagers should live within peace and security.

On a different note, Qabalan sternly denounced the massacres in Iraq whereby he called upon Iraqis to close ranks to face hatred and grudges.
