Minister Nahhas Established a Team to Investigate Land and Cellular Phone Line Networks

High-ranked sources in the Ministry of Telecommunication revealed that Minister of Telecommunication Charbel Nahhas established a technical team, which's role is to survey and investigate over all Cell-Phone networks, in addition to land phone lines.

This survey, according to sources, aims at specifying weak points of these networks, whether technically, or regarding human resources, which allowed security breaches, like those espionage agents Charbel Kazzi and Tarek Al Rabaa were accused of.

In an interview with Al-Akhbar newspaper, sources referred that the team established might take use of experts from outside the ministry if needed.

In the same context, informed sources considered that confessions by espionage agent Tarek Al Rabaa refer that what he has done for the "Israeli" intelligence is far more dangerous that what his co-worker Charbel Kazzi has done.

For the past week, Lebanon has witnessed a group arrest of many "Israeli" espionage agents, mainly in the communication sector, which is not under intensive security care.
