MP Fayyad: Targeting the Resistances Credibility Equals Targeting Its Entire Role

Loyalty to the Resistance Parliamentary bloc MP Ali Fayyad said, "We, in Hizbullah, have never purported that conspiracies against the resistance might stop."

He considered that as long as the resistance represents danger on the benefits of the arrogant and threatens the occupation, it is exposed to different forms of schemes, like war, assassination, and political pressure, however sometimes; these schemes take disguised and indirect forms.

During an obituary ceremony he attended, MP Fayyad delivered a speech where he pointed out, "Now, the scheme with its current form aims at striking the resistance's credibility and distorting its reputation and this is a direct and dangerous form of targeting."

"Targeting credibility is equal to targeting the role, because the resistance's credibility is one of its major basics considering the sacrifices of thousands of martyrs, and the long path of struggle, firmness, and sacrifices our people presented", MP said.

Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc Member added, "Therefore, the resistance's success is not separate from its credibility, and we do not distinguish between these levels in the resistance path. No one should be mistaken in explaining it, there should not be any negligence in protecting this credibility", concluding that any assault on this credibility is an assault on the resistance.

MP Ali Fayyad considered that Lebanon is at a crossroad, and the Lebanese people stand before this crossroad with big responsibility, and basic final choices in determining which road to follow.

He further warned some from falling into misconceptions, or from underestimating the resulting dangers of their wrong choices.
