Director of the Maps and Survey Center in the Orient House, and expert in settlement issues, Khalil Tufakji considered that the continuous Zionist announcement of Judaization in occupied Palestine in 1948, is part of the historical conflict Palestine has been facing.

In an interview with intiqad online paper, Tufakji warned of the eviction of 160 000 Palestinians living in tens of Bedouin villages the enemy regards as "unauthorized".

Strategically, Tufakji clarified that the occupation's escalating attacks on Al Naqab and Al Jalil, are because these two regions are distinguished with two characteristics.

First, is its concentrated Arab presence and absence of Jewish characteristics. The second is on the Security level, as Al Naqab in particular occupies half of the occupied territories, and is a center of attraction to the Zionist army to construct more military bases and other constructions.

The ministerial committee of Judaizing Al Quds (Jerusalem) under the title of "development of the Negev (Al Naqab) and the Galilee (Al Jalil)" has approved on Wednesday a plan proposed by "Israeli" Vice Prime Minister Silvan Shalom requiring the settlement of 300,000 "Israeli" settlers in Al Naqad (Negev) and Al Jalil (Galilee).
