A million Thanks to Qatar, a million thanks to the support and benevolence of a fellow Arab country that supported Lebanon since the first day of the "Israeli" aggression on Lebanon. Flags, chants, gratitude, and speeches were addressed to Qatar and its Emir in the Lebanese southern village Bint Jbeil that proved "Israel" weaker than a spider web, yet were inadequate to thank the hands of support and peace that aimed at nothing but support Lebanon and reconstruct what the Zionist enemy had destructed and obliterated, as said Lebanon Parliament Speaker.

The final scene in Bint Jbeil: the inauguration of Bint Jbeil hospital dubbed the "Doha" hospital; in presence of the Qatari price Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani, his wife Sheikha Mozza, accompanied by a Qatari delegation.

The first to deliver a speech was Head of the Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc MP Mohammad Raad, who expressed gratitude to Qatar and its Emir Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani in speeding the reconstruction of the southern villages of Bint Jbeil, Aita Al Shaab, Ainata and Khiam, the Emir who insisted on following up on the reconstruction and accomplishment of work in person. Raad reiterated his thanks and gratitude as well on behalf of the Southerners and the leader of the resistance Hizbullah Secretary General His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.

Raad, in presence of Qatari Emir Sheikh Al Thani, Lebanese President Michel Suleiman, MP Saad Hariri, Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri, pointed out that following the July 2006 aggression, an internal conflict stormed Lebanon when the country at the time was salvaged by the Doha agreement, which paved the way for the return of an almost ordinary political life. Raad added that this political stability Lebanon once lived is being targeted through the STL indictment of Hizbullah members (on the Hariri assassination) as to realize the aims of "Israel" after its complete failure of attaining its goals in the July 2006 aggression.

Head of the Loyalty to the resistance bloc considered that politicization is the fiercest enemy top truth, adding that "We declared emergency as we are concerned about Lebanon and its security", calling for fortifying our elements of strength. He also welcomed any Arab meeting held in the framework of protecting Lebanon and the region from the "Israeli' ongoing aggressions.

As for Lebanese parliament speaker Nabih Berri welcomed the Qatari Emir, Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani in the southern village of Bint Jbeil, the village that witnessed the battles of the courageous resistance fighters, who failed and foiled every attempt of the frail "Israeli" army and its state from occupying one grain of sand of south Lebanon.
Nabih Berri said that "We, in Jabal Amel, the mount of the mujahideen, scholars, and poets are glad to welcome your highness."

Berri considered that expressing thanks and gratitude to Qatar from Bint Jbeil -from heart to heart, is not adequate as these white hands of benevolence contributed in reconstruction allover Lebanon.

Berri thanked Al Thani for his country's participation in reconstructing thousands of housing units, the market, schools, and hospital of Bint Jbeil, stating that the elements of facing any challenge the region might face are complete, the first of which is the deterrence force represented in the national unity "weapon" interpreted through the equation of the Army, people, and resistance.

Second of these elements, Berri said, is the prosperity realized through the Qatari financial support and funding, third is the reinforcement of the region with a health defense project such as the "Doha" hospital, fourth and last but not least, an educational project embodied in the building of schools and the inauguration of a Sciences faculty in Bint Jbeil, to be followed by a health faculty.

On another level, Berri invited the Qatari state to participate in other projects such as the building of damns and lakes, that irrigate the different southern villages such as Shour, Blat, Jbe'e, Barish, Al jmaijmeh, Nsar and Bint Jbeil.

Berri reiterated gratitude to all Qatar and its Emir had offered to Lebanon, and on note of the escalating tension said that "every time the region conflicts rise and increase, Lebanon witnesses political tensions that aim at diverting attention from what is going on in Washington, Tel Aviv, Palestine, Iraq and Afghanistan."

Berri addressed the Qatari Emir, asking him to reassure the importance of adhering to the Doha agreement and the Taef accord in order to maintain the unity of Lebanon and the safety of its people.

He also hoped that Al Thani's visit comes as an occasion to strengthen confidence between the different Lebanese parties, and avoid all attempts of strife among the Lebanese.
"We renew our commitment to UN resolution 1701 and strengthening our ties with UNIFIL," Berri concluded, again thanking all efforts put for Lebanon and its wellbeing.

Following the tremendous tributes he received for his contributions, the Qatari Emir Al Thani, and from the premises of the hospital he funded, assured "We are the ones who should thank you for giving us the chance to reveal our appreciation to this country and its people."

"We raise our voice high in support to our brothers in Gaza who faced such destruction, however did not yet have the chance to rebuild," he added.

After greeting all the attendees, Al Thani pointed out that, "We see that this project, location, and atmosphere required big efforts from all those who took part in accomplishing them, and we are honored to have helped in this establishment and completion."

"As for the Symbolic meaning to this project, it reveals that these people and this country has the will to live, and this is what enables it to be cured and surpass all crisis," he added.
"However," Al Thani said, "Lebanon is still facing challenges, on the head of which is rebuilding the civil society and the citizen.

"At this point, the Lebanese cannot divide between a winner and a loser. Either everybody wins and all Arabs Would share this success, or everyone loses, and all Arabs fail," he considered, adding, "You should hold on to this country that unites all religions and sects."

Qatari king referred that his country and the entire Arab world have always stood by Lebanon, and will always be supporters to Lebanon and its co-existence. He referred that his country has received the Lebanese leaders in crisis and will always offer help, however hoped that such an emergency would not be required anymore.

In conclusion, Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani congratulated the sons and daughters of the South who resisted, saying, "You made Lebanon and the whole Arabs very proud," and congratulated all Lebanon for its reconstruction process.

Bint Jbeil ceremony ended and the tour in the South began, with the Fatima Gate being the "gate" of the to a sightsee in the South, to Khiam, Der Mimes and other villages that witnessed unprecedented support from the price and the people of the Arab fellow country, Qatar.
