A Hizbullah Delegation including Minister Hussein Hajj Hassan, Secretary General Political Advisor Hussein Khalil, Political Council Member Ghaleb Abou Zeinab, Head of the Coordination and Communication Committee Wafiq Safa, visited head of the Change and Reform Parliamentary Bloc MP Michel Aoun on Friday.

After the meeting, Hussein Khalil said, "Our visit to the General comes in course of support to Hizbullah and the resistance's most important political ally in Lebanon. Our visit is a message of solidarity with the General during the situations this country is passing through."

Responding to a question on PM Saad Hariri's statements after Hizbullah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah's press conference, Khalil pointed out, "Regardless of what media is reporting, we are waiting for PM Hariri's statement in the coming days or maybe tomorrow.
However, I believe the atmosphere isn't negative around the conference."

As for the false witnesses in the international tribunal, he said, "We've been calling for this since the beginning, this is a national responsibility for everyone, there are false witnesses who misled the investigations, and the international tribunal says the false witnesses issue is not its concern."

Khalil pointed out, "It is important that a Lebanese judicial, ministerial and security committee is established and these false witnesses are prosecuted, as the Secretary General said."
Khalil added, "Lebanon should not deny its responsibilities, we don't trust the international tribunal."

Regarding providing the Lebanese special tribunal prosecutor Daniel Bellemare with the documents Sayyed Nasrallah presented, Khalil assured," Hizbullah is studying this issue, Bellemare asked us to give him the documents, while Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah has publicly presented evidences and information that open new horizons that the investigation could build on. Now, we are still studying whether to respond to Bellemare's demand or not."

Khalil added that there is constant communication between Hizbullah and PM Saad Hariri, and a meeting could be set in specific circumstances.
