According to the head of Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS), it has been witnessed that the presence of US forces in Pakistan is disturbing the process of international aid for the people who have been damaged due to the catastrophic floods.

General Zaher Rostami, IRCS Secretary General, said, "Western countries only make decisions on paper, and have not provided the flood-stricken people of Pakistan with enough help".

General Rostami pointed out that Pakistan has not been able to manage the humanitarian aid, so it mainly needs help.

On its part Iran has vowed its readiness to send doctors and workers to Pakistan, stressing that the IRCS is highly prepared to control the management of humanitarian aid in most of the Pakistani areas which were damaged by the floods.

International relief agencies are warning international community that humanitarian aids are arriving too slowly to Pakistan, that it is not being enough for millions of displaced people, who don't have clean waters or any of the basic life needs.
