Sheikh Qabalan on Eid Preach: Be A United Nation Under the Title of Just and Goodness

Head of the Islamic Shiite Council Sheikh Abdel Amir Qabalan congratulated the Lebanese and well-wished them on the morning of Eid Al Fitr on Friday.

In his preech, Qabalan called upon Muslims asking them to unite altogether around the world and help one another in an atmosphere of cooperation, unity and forgiveness.

"This Eid enjoys high spirits and spiritualities, therefore we should show piety, serenity, solidarity, and support the poor and needy," Qabalan said.

Sheikh Qabalan further talked about the benefits and blessing of the month of Ramadan and Shawwal, highlighting that all should work hard to realize good deeds in this world.

Sheikh Qabalan said "be one hand, a one united Ummah (nation) and follow the lead of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and his chaste household," adding that as long as the Lebanese support their fellow brothers in Lebanon and elsewhere and unite together, God will always support them.
