Head of the Tawhid Movement Wiam Wahhab considered the demand of the UN Secretary General Ban Kimoon to the Special Tribunal for Lebanon as a clear proof that the tribunal is not independent, rather it is politicized as it is politically intervening. He asserted that the decisions of the tribunal will not pass.

Following his visit to head of the Change and Reform Parliamentary Bloc MP General Michel Aoun, Wahhab assured there is no war in Lebanon, rather there is a mob causing upheaval and will be dealt with as should.

Wahhab pointed out that Lebanon's disregard to the Syrian arrest warrants will push Syria to voiding the judicial agreement with Lebanon.
Wahhab stated that "If Saad Hariri still thinks he can cope with his surrounding which doubts the false witnesses then he is wrong, because these are the people of the 2005 coup and should leave the authority."

Wahhab criticized the state of chaos prevailing over security apparatuses and institutions in the country, precisely the directorate of internal security forces and its chief "who is trying to takeover the ministry" and "launches criticism and accusations to Lebanese parties and sides of being involved in the (Hariri) assassination."
