Sheikh Qabalan Warns against Strife and Conspiracy

Head of the Shiite Supreme Council Sheikh Abdel Amir Qabalan warned against strife and conspiracy personified by media, statements and counterclaims rather than spreading positive atmosphere and cooperation.

Qabalan urged the Lebanese to stay away from any provocative propagations or religious sectarianism in order to preserve Lebanon's stability and cohesion.

He also stressed that any foreign visiting figure to Lebanon is more than welcome because this country is distinguished by national unity, and dialogue which immunizes Lebanon's body politic against any Zionist aggression.

Qabalan called on all Lebanese politicians to cooperate by responding positively to any attempt which provides stability and security. He on the other hand thanked Syria, Iran and Saudi Arabia for their continuous support.
