Italian PM Urges Diplomatic Talks into Iranian Nuclear Issue

Italian Prime Minister, Silvio Berlusconi doubted that imposed sanction on Iran over its nuclear program would lead to any success.
In this context, Italian PM expressed that a "more gentle approach" is more likely to be more useful.
According to Germany's Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung newspaper, Berlusconi said that although his country voted in favor of the imposed sanctions, he fears that they will not bring any success.
On the level of the gentle and circumspect approach he expressed, Italian Pm referred that Russia and China would be the best sides to pursue such an attempt.
Since the UN sanctions were imposed on Iran, China and Russia have been seeking diplomatic talks, in a pursuit of diplomatic solution for the Iranian nuclear issue.
The US-led sanctions were imposed after claims that Iran is using its nuclear program for military use.
Iran has repeatedly denied such claims, especially that it's a signatory of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, and all its nuclear firms are under the supervision of the UN nuclear watchdog, and the International Atomic Energy Agency.
