Sheikh Qabalan: Army to be Equipped with National Creed and Appropriate Weapon

Head of the Islamic Shiite Council Sheikh Abdel Amir Qabalan called on the Lebanese to cooperate for the sake of the safety and security of Lebanon, and to protect the country with the weapon of unity, mutual understanding and cooperation as well as acknowledging one another."

He noted that "The Army is the shield of the country, and that we have to protect the army and all those who aim at targeting Lebanon."

Qabalan reiterated that the army should be the shield to protect Lebanon in the face of Zionist conspiracies and schemes.
