Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc MP Hassan Fadlallah assured that "the Lebanese delegation participating in the Fifth Conference for the Asian Parliamentary Assembly (APA), will discuss the ongoing "Israeli" intimidation against Lebanon, as well as the current aggressions particularly the most recent which is planting espionage devices in the (Lebanese) telecoms network."

The MP explained "Lebanon set its hand on the most dangerous "Israeli" espionage operation on the Lebanese sector of telecommunications, therefore, this aggression requires an Asian Parliamentary condemnation, and this is what we call for."

In an interview with Syrian newspaper "Tishreen" Fadlallah pointed out that this Assembly is a chance to discuss several issues related to the region. Above all, it is a chance to discuss the Palestinian cause in light of the ongoing "Israeli" occupation to Arab and Palestinian lands, as well as amid the ongoing siege on the Gaza Strip, not to mention the continuous aggressions on Al Quds (Jerusalem) and the West Bank."

Hizbullah MP considered that "This meeting reinforces the role of Asian parliaments in the framework of mutual effort to raise our causes, and reiterates the importance of communication between the Asian countries whether through political, economic or social cooperation."
