MP Moussawi: Burning Holy Quran Copy Blatant Aggression against Islam and Muslims, Serves Strife Scheme

Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc member MP Hussein Moussawi condemned the burning of a Holy Quran copy in the US, where a Zionist-American group burned a copy of the Holy book in a Florida church. The depute described the step as devilish and unethical towards Islam, considering it as a blatant violation of Islam and the Muslims. He further added that this step serves the hegemony scheme of sowing strife that aims at controlling the world.

In his statement, MP Moussawi held the US administration responsible for this heinous crime, assuring that the US is a partner in conspiring against the Holy Quran.

Furthermore, Moussawi considered this act as offensive to Christianity and its teachings, saying "We await a responsible stance, and a clear stance from Christian authorities. We call on the civilized world which claims to respect freedoms to prosecute all those who dared to burn the Holy Quran."
