Syrian Ambassador to Lebanon: Syria and Its National Unity are Well

Syrian Ambassador to Lebanon Ali Abdul Karim Ali said that "Syria is well and its national unity is also well". He clarified that the Syria President Bashar Assad represents all meaning of national unity, and confronting conspiracies schemes against Damascus.

Hoping that the relations between the Lebanese and Syrian peoples are developed for the best, the Syria Ambassador called upon the Syria protesters not to be dragged into any clashed, in order to maintain the brotherly relations between both countries.

The Syrian Ambassador's speech came during a protest supporting Syrian President Bashar Assad, organized outside the Syrian Embassy in Beirut.
Protesters held banners and repeated slogans confirming the importance of national unity in Syria, calling for abandoning incitement and confronting conspiracies.
