Speaker Berri: We have Become A National Front, What Is Happening to the Government Is Unacceptable

In the Wednesday weekly Parliamentary meeting, Lebanese Speaker of Parliament Nabih Berri discussed with the Parliament Members the current developments on the regional and local levels, in addition to the situation in Abidjan.
According the MPs present in the meeting, Speaker Berri said that the Ivory Coast issue was dealt with through a policy of high importance, whether serving the foreigners in Abidjan or in other countries.
Berri referred to that so far, there haven't been any casualties among the Lebanese community in Ivory Coast.
Speaker Berri hoped everyone would always deal with the internal sensitive issues concerned with the expatriate policy.
On the government issue, Berri said that what has happened is regrettable, noting that this file makes it seem like there are three fronts, an 8 March front, another as a mediator and a struggle front. The Parliament Speaker further added "The Development and Liberation Bloc is no longer in 8 March, as I see there no more exists an 8 March especially after MP Walid Jumblatt joined in."
Berri ended saying "We have become in a Wide National Front that includes different blocs whether from the parliament or from outside the parliament, all believing in the unity, Arabism, development and liberation of Lebanon."
