Hizbullah Deputy Secretary General His Eminence Sheikh Naim Qassem confirmed that the former premiership has failed in running files on the different levels, and also failed in accomplishing anything, and also stressed on the importance of speeding up the government formation.

Furthermore, His Eminence referred to the situation in the Arab and Islamic World, and added that there, the US is trying to meddle in all issues in order to control the political, cultural, economic and military administration in all the countries of the region and therefore exploit it for its own interests.

In this context, Sheikh Qassem affirmed that each country the US meddles in, leads to its destruction, referring to Iraq, Afghanistan, and other interferences witnessed in the Arab world.
Shiekh Naim Qassem added that the Arab revolutions today are facing a great challenge, which is a US attempt to confiscate their achievements. On this level, Sheikh Qassem addressed the Arab leaders, saying they should meet their people's demands and not depend on the US support, because the US is falling down, and the people no longer accept to be subject to tyranny and injustice.

On the "Israeli" level, Sheikh Qassem pointed out that the whole world knows that the US adopted "Israel" despite all its flaws, to the extent that the "Israeli" President Shimon Perez demanded the UN to stop missiles launched from Gaza at the Zionist entity.
Hizbullah Deputy Secretary General confirmed that it is the resistance's right in any country to be strong, proud and armed, stating that the resistance against the "Israeli" aggressions has proved accomplishments before the whole world.

""Israel" wouldn't have withdrawn from Lebanon in 2000 if it weren't for the resistance, and the July 2006 aggression wouldn't have failed if it weren't for the resistance, and Lebanon wouldn't have been safe from daily airstrikes launched on its people if it weren't for the resistance", Sheikh Qassem affirmed.

On the level of the Lebanese government, Sheikh Qassem said, "In Lebanon we had a former government, and now it's a caretaker government, and clearly the former government failed in diverse levels. And now if we requested from it to present a list of accomplishment, we would see a blank white page, which is black due to all accomplished assaults".

He added that the former government, at some point, exploited it position to oppress some Lebanese parties in the name of the Lebanese administration. His Eminence also added it [former government] also failed on the social level, where many issues were piled up unresolved.
On the same level, Sheikh Naim Qassem said, "We are aware that the new government's responsibilities are great due to the corruption piling up which occurred during previous governments since 2005 till now.
