Al Rai to Activate Dialogue with Hizbullah

Maronite Patriarch Mar Bechara Boutros Al Rai declared from Rome that he will seek to activate dialogue between Bkirki and Hizbullah, which is likely to cool down the domestic atmosphere. he disclosed that he had asked the Hizbullah delegation that had visited him earlier to reactivate this committee.

Al Rai, in a radio interview during an honorary lunch held in Rome on Wednesday, stressed that the Islamic-Christian dialogue committee should resume its work, noting that he will be visiting Sidon and Tyr bishoprics. He hoped that the political officials in Lebanon would let go the uproar against annulling political sectarianism.
