Nkoula to Al Intiqad: Bkirki Meeting…The First Step of The One Thousand Mile Journey

Change and Reform Parliamentary Bloc member MP Nabil Nkoula considered that the Maronite-Maronite meeting in Bkirki is like "The first step in the one thousand mile journey" which leads to positive result that pour into the country's interest. He hoped the meeting would bring positive results.
In a statement to Al Intiqad website, Nkoula said if the meeting leads to a result, it would "break the ice between the poles"; assuring that disputes cannot be resolved in one meeting.
Also, on his part Change and Reform bloc member MP Ibrahim Kanaan said "Christian meeting in Bkirki on Tuesday creates new dynamism even if disagreements in opinions remain".
According to the National News Agency, the Christian meeting which was called by Maronite Patriarch Mar Beshara Boutros Rai started at 9 AM today.

The first to arrive to the meeting were MP Suleiman Frangieh, head of the Lebanese Forces Samir Geagea, former President Amin Gemayel and head of the Change and Reform bloc MP Michel Aoun.
