More of the Western embargo on the Lebanese army is revealed, which only pour into the concern over the Zionist entity's security.

According to Maariv newspaper, "Israeli" sources assured that the US and France have froze their arms deals with Lebanon, in fear of what they called "Hizbullah's control over the State and its control of the arms".

The sources reported that the weapons included light warplanes that can carry Radar-missiles, in addition to snipping guns and helicopters. The sources also revealed that the main reason behind such a freeze was a decisive "Israeli" demand.

Maariv newspaper quoted a high-ranked "Israeli" official as saying "It took so much effort to convince Washington on the Lebanese issue. We explained to them that in a scenario where Hizbullah takes control of the State, the snipping guns pose a threat to "Israel"."

The paper further elaborated "The US is not the only side to take a decision on freezing the arms deals with Lebanon, France also froze its arms deal, as it was supposed to deliver to a batch of "Hot" missiles as well as anti-tank missiles to the Lebanese army."

The paper finally said that the US War Ministry is reconsidering the arms deals with Gulf countries among which is Saudi Arabia due to the latest developments and the instability of Arab regimes.
