Feltman in Lebanon Doing What?

He is coming...not coming... yes he is, Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs Jeffrey Feltman steps foot on Beirut airport on Thursday at 7:50 evening local timing.
On the 13th of May, following information by Al-Akhbar Lebanese daily that US's Feltman is arriving soon to Lebanon; the American Embassy in Beirut issued a statement denying in it the visit of the Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs Jeffrey Feltman to Lebanon, adding that this is a false rumor.
Six days following the denial, coming from Amman he arrives to Lebanon.
In its Thursday's edition, An-Nahar Lebanese daily quotes anonymous diplomatic sources that Feltman's visit to Lebanon is not related to the formation of a new government.
While the nature of his visit remains ambiguous, Feltman is scheduled to meet the Lebanese president, premier-designate, parliament speaker and a limited number of political figures, and probably he might meet with one of Hariri's advisors if Hariri was abroad.
