Sheikh Qassim: To Save “Army, People, Resistance” Tripartite, Karami: We Will Protect the Resistance

During his meeting with Minister of Youth and Sports Faisal Karami as well as the adviser to PM Omar Karami Osman Majzoub, Sheikh Qassim said that Hizbullah was satisfied with the completion of the government formation, especially as it represents all segments and compositions of the Lebanese society.

"It is totally Lebanon's Government and those who did not join the government have the right to watch its work, ask, and judge. That's part of our system." Qasim clarified." The government was born after regional, international and local complexities and pressures that tried to abort its formation, and we'll hear the cries from those who were surprised by its formation and obsolete conditions from those who blocked the formation," Qassim added stressing that " the government will move on in its ministerial statement and political, economic and social development according to the interests of Lebanon without being subjected to the American-"Israeli" dictates confirming the strong representation of the people and adherence the tripartite "the army, the people and the resistance."

Expressing that the respect and loyalty to popular representation formed a landmark in the way the government was formed, his eminency viewed that "House Speaker Berri turned the equation in favor of the auspicious birth of this government proving that the country's interests rule the special and narrow ones."

Considering disruption as the desire of the promoters of the American-"Israeli" draft, Qassim said that " with God's will, this government will work on the grounds that it represents the aspirations of the Lebanese and seeks to address their legitimate and fair demands, regardless of their affiliations and their political views."
"The Lebanese Government is a government of every citizen, and it must take the chance to express itself for it has a long and hard way because of the surface of the previous effects."

For his part, Minister Karami thanked Hizbullah which contributed in the formation of the new government, and emphasized that he will always stand by the resistance in good and bad times.
Karami pointed out that he would be with the resistance in the government and all future decisions in the future stressing that "we will protect the resistance that honored Lebanon and defended the dignity and honor of the nation, by the eyelashes".
