Three days ago, the Special Coordinator of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Beirut, Michael Williams linked between the demarcation of the Lebanese maritime borders and the approval of the Zionist entity in the framework of a peace treaty.

The case is renewed as an ambassador of a European country disclosed that "this case cannot be divided and the issue of border demarcation is directly linked to the survival or the withdrawal of the "Israeli" army from the areas that it still occupies according to security and economic considerations."

"This withdrawal is not possible unless under a comprehensive peace treaty ensuring the strategic security of the State of "Israel" as well as economic and water security is reached."

Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs and Emigrants in the House of Representatives MP Abdul Latif Zein commented on the European diplomat's words by assuring that "the Zionist army will definitely withdraw from all the occupied territories, as happened in 2000 and 2006, as a result of the resistance's power which gave it an example and a lesson that it will never forget."

In an interview to the "al- Intiqad" website, Zein stressed that "there is no settlement for the Palestinians in Lebanon," calling "Israel" to be confident that no resettlement of any refugees on our land will take place.
Zein added that "the right of return is a sacred right as provided by the Security Council resolution 194."
"The demarcation of maritime borders, air and land accepted will be implemented whether "Israel" accepted or not. The force that pushed ‘Israel" to withdraw from Southern Lebanon will force the occupying entity to undergo the process of border's demarcation." MP emphasized.
