The Lebanese newspaper "As-Safir" asserted there are no serious dangerous coup scenarios that Lebanon will face following the issuance of the Special International Tribunal indictment.
From the French capital, Paris, the writer Mohammad Ballout said in his article that the "only surprise in the announcement of the indictment decision accusing members of Hizbullah, is in the way it is to be received, which suggests that it hadn't been waited or that it was forgotten."
"However, a Lebanese group in Paris linked to former investigators caused the moving of the case publicly by spreading leaks about the nearness of the date of the issuance of decision "added the writer.
"The reluctance of the Attorney General Daniel Bellemare of making any new amendment provides the period of two months before the Pre-Trial Judge Daniel Fransen ratifies the resolution or refuse it allowing the decision may be issued within days allowing the decision to be issued within days " Balout clarified.
The news paper noted that "the recent leaks of the decision suggest that the Pre-Trial Judge will direct charges to Hizbullah members" revealing that "the French sources expect that at a later stage charges would expand to include Syrian and Iranian names.
The sources said that "the resolution, as assumed, answers only one side of the questions posed by the investigations, and is limited to identify the perpetrators, while the accusatory circuit lacks evidences that point to the instigators, planners and decision centers in the crime."

"Previous leaks to international investigators accused Syrian officials and officers while Bellemare attempts urged the French security agencies, to help him get the evidences that lead to the masterminds in Damascus." Ballout reported stressing the French services' interest in the post-indictment period parallel to the formation Prime Minister Najib Mikati government.
The French circles linked the "post-indictment period and its repercussions," to "the anti indictment campaign" launched by the Secretary General of Hizbullah Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah."
According to the writer, French sources admit "the inability of any Lebanese government to follow or to hand any accused member to Bellemare."
"No one seeks to risk Lebanon's stability, in the burning regional environment, especially in light of Syrian events and it is not expected in the current circumstances that the Lebanese government provide anything than respect for their obligations towards the Tribunal, without putting Lebanese stability in the wind." The French source concluded.
