Supreme Leader: Iranian Nation to Push Back any Military, Political Power
The Iranian Islamic Revolution Leader Sayyed Ali Khamenei stated on Saturday that the Iranian nation is willing to push back any military and political power exerted against it.
During his visit to the Army Naval force facilities in the city of Bandar Abbas in the Hormuzgan province, Sayyed Khamenei referred to the presence of "hegemonic powers in the most sensitive region of the Persian Gulf and the Sea of Oman". He affirmed, "The situation is now different from the past".
"The long and vast seashore of the region is now under the control of an independent and glorious nation which is aware of its power and national intention and relying on God, will force back any political military power", His Eminence stressed.
Sayyed Ali Khamenei affirmed that the Persian Gulf is now safer thanks to the presence of Iranian forces, also adding, "Time is over when arrogant powers used to determine the destiny of other nations through military presence".
Iranian Islamic revolution leader however clarified that Iran will prevent any accidental or intentional confrontation as far as it is possible.
