Report: Netanyahu Asked Military Head to Conceal Eilat Operation Details
"Israeli" Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu instructed head of the "Israeli" military intelligence to conceal details of last month's Palestinian operation near Eilat, which killed eight "Israelis", the "Israeli" media reported.
The "Israeli" Channel 10's website reported that Head of "Israel's" military intelligence Aviv Kochavi informed members in the "Israeli" subcommittee for secret services and intelligence that he would not give out information about the attacks that took place near Eilat; as these were the orders of Netanyahu.
In this context, Speaker of "Israeli" Knesset Reuven Rivlin and head of the Knesset security and foreign affairs committee Shaul Mofaz summoned both Netanyahu and Barak for an emergency meeting to discuss the issue, the "Israeli" Channel 10 report added.
