Ahmadinejad: Four Iranian Diplomats Kidnapped by ’’Israel’’ Still Alive
Local Editor
Asking Ban Ki Moon to probe into the four's fate, Ahmadinejad revealed that there are some documents which prove they are alive and in Zionist regime's control.
In the meeting with Ban Ki Moon on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly, he called on the UN chief to pursue the case and adopt serious measures to release the four diplomats.
The charge d'affaires of the Iranian Embassy in Beirut Mohsen Mousavi, military attaché Ahmad Motevaselian, embassy technician Taqi Rastegar Moqadam and journalist of the Islamic republic news agency Kazzem Akhavan were kidnapped by " Israeli" agents at gunpoint in Northern Lebanon in 1982 and were later handed over to "Israeli" army.
During his meeting with UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon in New York, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad announced that the four Iranian diplomats kidnapped by the "Israeli" agents in Lebanon in 1982 are still alive.
