’’Israeli’’ Weapons, Explosive Devices Seized in Syria

Syrian authorities in Homs governorate seized a car loaded with amounts of weapons including "Israeli" weapons, explosive devices, ammunition and stolen military uniforms.
 
A military source informed SANA that while searching the car, the authorities found an "Israeli"-made machine gun, hand grenades, including "Israeli" grenade and some explosive devices, two of which are set for radio controlled detonation.
 
"Sophisticated communication devices, some automatic firearms, large amounts of ammunition were found inside the car in addition to stolen military uniforms used by the gunmen to commit crimes and to accuse army of doing them by filming them and sending the footages to satellite channels," the source added.

Clarifying that "pursuing operations of armed terrorist groups in Homs resulted in arresting a number of wanted people," the source uncovered that "investigations continue to reveal all parties involved."
