A new poll showed on Monday that some 67% of the population surveyed in New York, supports the Occupy Wall Street protesters who are upset by the banks' performances to earn huge profits after their bail out from the recession, Reuters reported.

On another hand, 87% of those surveyed by Quinnipiac University, agreed with the Wall Street Protesters' right to camp outside the financial institutions in Manhattan, New York.
Moreover, the poll affirmed that the Democrats and Republicans had different opinions in this regard, where some 81% of the first supported the anti-financial system protesters, while only 35% of the latter did.

Thirty seven percent of the population surveyed blamed former US President George W. Bush's administration for causing the economic crises in the country, while 21% blamed the banks and their internal structure. Among New Yorkers who are supporting the "Occupy Wall Street Movement", 73% favor tougher regulations by the government on financial industry.
