Let us free all the Prisoners

Is "Israel" -in view of its current situation anticipating Shalit's release- capable of confronting another similar scenario in the future and handling the issue of another extra hostage?

Come on! Let us prevent the strike from taking place. Here's a simple illustration of a straightforward idea that matches, to a certain extent, the "Israeli" nature: the state of "Israel" will release all 8000 Palestinian prisoners, including some murderers.

Then, the IDF and the Shin Bet won't be compelled to risking the lives of their soldiers while hunting down saboteurs, because simply, there will be no need for that.

Shin Bet's tasks can be minimized, it would carry on thwarting and paralyzing delinquents who intend to execute terrorist operations, locating explosives labs, and maybe conducting intense aerial thwarting missions ( if Obama and Goldstone gave the permission to do so). Shin Bet won't busy themselves in locating murderers and arresting them. It would be also possible to spare Army leaders the official visits paid to the families of the victim, to inform them that the killer of their relative is under arrest.

The same killer is to be released once he finishes his university studies in prison. A former Golani commander wrote, during the weekend, that he led a mission that endangered the lives of his soldiers so as to capture one of the major saboteurs, and he felt so arrogant about that because it contributed in arresting a delinquent who'll be released in exchange of Jilaad.

Let's prevent the abduction of another "Jilaad Shalit".

Let us take care of the human life. In fact, they don't succeed in abducting living soldiers, and often soldiers are shot down during their attempts, as happened in Jilaad's abduction. Ehud Goldwasser and Eldad Regev who were abducted from Lebanon, were killed during the kidnapping attempt. Losing a life, worth regretting? When vandals are in prison, then no soldier will be kidnapped. I wonder what will happen when they kidnap a soldier and demand the liberation of East Jerusalem for exchange?

Shin Bet and Mossad New Positions Due to Changes in Swap Deal

The government has taken the decision, not the court. "The court's duty is to
examine the legality of the decision, that's all", said the director of the Supreme Court of Justice affairs department in the attorney general, Asent Mandel, during a hearing session against Shalit swap deal, Monday 17-10-2011.

Mandel quoted the Prime minister's words, Benyamin Netanyahu, regarding the swap deal and the price that they will pay.

According to Mandel, 26 ministers responsible for the citizens' security agreed on what were being said, having heard the opinion of the experts.
Mandel assured her support for the deal run by the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and both chiefs of Mossad and Shin Bet, who, she claims, have taken into consideration, among many issues, the target locations the vandals will be transmitted to.

Mandel added, "The issue is related to a decision taken in the framework of political negotiations aimed to release Jilaad Shalit and to reduce the risks endangering the state security to the minimum". According to Mandel, the cry of bereaved families is sound and clear, but the government is the one responsible. She quoted President (Justice of "Israel's" Supreme Court ) Dorit Beinisch in 2009, that the government is responsible of the state security, and noted that the Supreme Court doesn't interfere in such decisions.

Swap Deal and Nasrallah's Spider Web

Even he, who believes the swap deal is essential, shivers while going through the list of murderers and their actions. For example, Mousa Hashlmoun, has sent two suicide bombers to B'eer Sheva, as soon as he was released in exchange of Tenenbaum, killing 16 persons. How many times should these "Hashlmouns" kill? When we'll understand that such a swap is like pulling the trigger? He was handed 17 life sentences, but what's the definition of a life sentence in the "Israeli" "rule of law": 2 months? 3 months? Al-Hashlmoun is nothing if compared with Walid Injas who's proud of having 26 life sentences? Who are they if compared with the she-monster who lured and killed a 16 year-old boy?

Before we even ask if Netanyahu has an alternative, let's claim he does, shouldn't he be present for his pictures to be taken amid reception to be for Jilaad Shalit. This way he brings back an insane audience to the world of facts, where it has nothing to celebrate, yet it has something to be ashamed of -the military, moral and judicial defeat that obliges us to liberate 1000 beasts into an innocent civil society.

Let's say it at once: Today, after 5 years of accepting the idea of swapping 1 for 1000, whom Netanyahu is in charge of half of them, and after five years of softening the public opinion relying on heavy media Soviet-like brainwashing "bombardment" media campaigns, Netanyahu cannot suddenly change the rules in favor 1 for 1 swap as recommended by the Shamgar Commission. For if he had tried, he would have lost his position.

With the arrival of Netanyahu to power, it was about time to put an end to this coercive devils dance enslaving the lives of thousands in favor of the instantaneous diminution of the pressures, caused by one abducted soldier and his family. However, he repeated the same excuse when he adopted Oslo and the Palestinian State recognition, "this is a legacy received from the former government and has no alternative". But if there was no alternative - why then in democratic regimes, power is being replaced? Why he deluded and misled his voters? The alternative missed should be examined right away, for after the "celebration horns" will come the next abduction. And since 1 for 1000 isn't just a number, a revolutionist government taking on the 1 for 1 swap deal should reveal its approach that will force the enemy to liberate its prey, abiding by its own rules.

Revolution begins in the principle of "reciprocity": the imprisoned vandals will have to suffer the circumstances they impose on our hostages - total isolation, no treatment of teeth, no academic studies, no self-rule, appetizers, cafeteria, TV and newspapers - and after taking their captors in an educational tour in the prison of Guantanamo.

In response, the terrorist organization may threaten the life of the kidnapped, which will require clarification, every leader in the organization will sacrifice their lives, and the swap deal won't necessarily be 1 for 1. In the new conditions, there won't be a place for any "truce." We will fight the enemy, launch a real war, and achieve victory. We will return to our normal state. And of course, it does not make sense to provide the enemy with fuel and electricity heal its patients, supply and import its goods, collect its customs and value-added taxes, provide it with banking services, and interview its leaders in the press as VIP.

Shalit's deal, and what it symbolizes, is only the tip of the iceberg of a whole political strategy. The only way to set free from its curse is to cancel the policy of Oslo, to start a revolution in the "Israeli" media, to annul the military and intelligence cooperation Fatah - and probably with Hamas as well - and launch war of extermination against terrorism. The basis: change the atmosphere in the public opinion from keeping "quiet at any price" to setting national objectives for the war's sake, and for its sake only we are willing to pay the price. To avoid blackmailing us once more, it is required to change the values in our systems - transforming our community, as described by Nasrallah , from a Spider's web to a house of steel that we had since the beginning of Zionism.
