The "Israeli" occupation army stated that its navy has intercepted on Friday two protest boats that headed to the Gaza Strip in an attempt to break the "Israeli" siege imposed on the impoverished area.
According to "Israeli" military sources, the navy will tow the pro-Gaza boats to the port of Ashdod.

"Israel" claimed it has called upon the ships to turn around or dock in Egypt, but the boats, the Canadian Tahrir (Liberation) and the Irish Saoirse, continued en route towards the besieged region.
After they refused to halt their humanitarian mission, "Israeli" war forces Chief of Staff Benny Gantz orders the naval forces to board the ships and stop them from progressing in sea.

The boats carried around 27 international pro-Palestinian activists, and around $30,000 worth of supplies and medical aid.
This stands as clear evidence to the "Israeli" brutality for not even letting humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip.

"Israel" has been imposed a coastal siege on the Gaza Strip for some 4 years now. On May 31, 2010, the enemy navy attacked the Turkish-led Freedom Flotilla humanitarian convoy, killing nine Turkish activists, and injuring scores others.
