The Iranian Press TV reported Saturday that "Iranian engineers abducted in Syria may have been transferred to northern Lebanon."
 

''Following up the news, the Lebanese security services in the North followed the field developments.


Lebanese security sources confirmed to "al-Intiqad" that "since the moment of declaring the kidnapping of Iranians in Homs, the concerned Lebanese apparatus expanded their control over all crossing borders between Lebanon and Syria."

Expressing fear that the kidnapped Iranians might have been transferred to Lebanon, sources added to "al-Intiqad" that "the crossings between Homs and northern Lebanon are wide open to all possibilities despite tight security."

According to the source, "the transfer of wounded fighters from opponents to Syrian regime is done weekly."

"Two days ago, three opponents wounded fighters were transferred to governmental hospital in Tripoli," the security source clarified adding that "they are being treated in Kobayat hospitals in Akkar and transported to many places in Lebanon under the eyes of Lebanese security services."

Noting that "the Lebanese security forces are well informed of Syrian opposition gatherings in Lebanon," "al-Intiqad' source confirmed that "they are strongly moving as they are sending periodic messages to the Islamic movements in the North."


" The last message was received by the Liberation Party from the so-called
Syrian  rebaels thanking them for activities and rallies in support of the Syrian opposition," the source added highlighting that "some channels conducted interviews with the so-called Free Syrian Army."

According to the source, "the security forces would follow up any information and will not tolerate any party that is trying to transfer any abducted to Lebanon."
