They haven't read in the book of politics that a political map isn't to be reshaped away from people's will.

However, as they aren't accustomed to read and deduce, the kingdoms of black oil decided their new strategy: we're to head the Syrian battle towards its ends.

They are the brothers of blood, language, and geography. However, they are professional in stabbing in the back.

And according to the Arab proverb that "kin's injustice is more painful than others," the world's interest moves Tuesday towards United Nations as the Arabs decided to pressure towards internationalizing the Syrian crisis.

Now that the Arab League has decided to ask the United Nations Security Council to back its plan in seeking international involvement against Damascus, the Russian- Chinese dimension is ready to face all conspiracies aiming at expanding political crisis as well as violence.

UNSC: Veto Ready on Syria

In this context, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that some Security Council members are trying to dissuade the Syrian opposition from engaging in a dialogue with the Syrian authorities.

Considering "this conduct by some UN Security Council as an instigation intended for using the situation in Syria to serve geopolitical interests," the Russian official stressed that "holding dialogue with the Syrian regime is fruitless."

"The western countries are trying to waste the opportunity to ease the situation in Syria, which should not be allowed at all," Lavrov viewed.

Meanwhile, Head of the Observer Mission Gen. Mohamed al-Dabi announced Monday that "the Syrian opposition did not cooperate with the delegation of observers."

"We came to watch the actions of both sides (government and opposition), but unfortunately, we found no satisfaction from the opposition as they didn't want us to perform our duties," al-Dabi clarified.

In an interview with the pan Arab daily al-Hayat, al-Dabi accused the opposition of working on transferring the Syrian crisis to UN and breaking the current regime."

Clarifying that "the mission is working in integrity and transparency," the head of the mission noted that "the Syrian government justified the escalation of the last security campaign by moving according to the last paragraph of the Protocol that permits cessation of violence from whatever source."

He further believed that the announcement of the mission that "the last two days have witnessed an escalation of violence in Syria reflects an evidence on the credibility of the observers."

In Lebanon, "al-Binaa" newspaper quoted well informed diplomatic sources denying "the possibility of reaching a consensus on the Syrian draft as both China and Russia reiterated their rejection to any sanctions on Syria."

"If the Qatari Prime Minister- the head of conspirators against Syria- and the new false-witness, the Secretary-General of the Arab League Nabil al-Arabi, with the Western countries, continue driving their project towards the UNSC, the Russian and Chinese veto will be ready," "al-Binaa" reported.

This comes as the paper clarified that the Syrian security campaign launched in "Damascus countryside and particularly Saqba uncovered that some armed militants carry high- tech communication devices linked to "Israeli" satellites."

For its part, "as-Safir" Lebanese daily quoted a well-informed who is connected with the representatives of the five major states in Beirut that "one of the great consequences of the Gulf failure in cloning the Yemen sample in Syria provides the biggest proof of the failure of this States and the axis that they goes on its orbit."

Berri, Jumblatt in Danger

Moving to the Lebanese internal concern, dailies reported Monday that "House Speaker Nabih Berri and "National Struggle Front" leader MP Walid Jumblatt have received in the past few weeks some information from the security forces urging them to be cautious with their movements, especially whenever they leave their residences."

According to "an-Nahar" paper, "a number of political figures have been very cautious with their movements and visits, adding that they have been resorting to taxis to make a visit or leave to their offices."

Telecom Data on Top

At another level, the telecom data is back to the Lebanese concern after the leaked information concerning the attempt to assassinate top security officials.

"As-Safir" clarified that "agreement was reached at the telecom committee meeting in the presence of telecommunication Minister Nicolas Sehnaoui and Interior Minister Marwan Charbel around two weeks ago to guide the obtainment of data ... and abide by the law that notes the need to limit the demand for the data depending on the nature of the security flaw."

In remarks to "an-Nahar", Sehnaoui confirmed that "the decision to limit the data release was made during the committee meeting after Charbel stressed that there was no need to hand over the Intelligence Branch information on a daily basis."

"There are two types of data: Those linked to the wiretapping of all Lebanese and in all of Lebanon and the data linked exclusively to certain security cases," he said.

Charbel told "an-Nahar" that he would meet with the telecom minister on Monday to settle the issue after the "misunderstanding" that created the tumult.

According to the daily, the telecom committee will visit the wiretapping command center that was inaugurated at the interior ministry in November to inspect its work.

In remarks to "as-Safir" House Speaker Nabih Berri stressed that "it is necessary to apply laws, and to return to the book on the subject of Data Communications as well as to its connection to the attempt of assassinating Head of the Information Branch Wissam al-Hassan."

"Control Center is responsible for providing specific data to security apparatus requesting information according to the required assets," Berri clarified.

Educational Infiltration?

At another level, "al-Akhbar" Lebanese daily noted to the fact that "educational observers witnessed many US and foreign attempts to enter the Lebanese public schools through a variety of extracurricular activities."

"Checking the objectives, the common denominator among them is the collection of personal information about students, their parents, and their environment," "al-Akhbar" mentioned.
