Sheikh Qassem Receives Heads of Different Lebanese Parties, Discusses Gov’t Work, Syria
Hizbullah Deputy Secretary General His Eminence Sheikh Naim Qassem received head of Beirut's Union Party former MP Adnan Arakji. His Eminence also received head of the Democratic Nasserite Movement Khaled al-Rawas.
During the meeting, all sides discussed the latest developments on the local, regional and international levels, especially regarding the situation in Syria and the performance of the Lebanese government.
On his part, al-Rawas stressed on protecting the resistance from all conspiracies targeting it, confirming the importance of speeding up appointments and enhancing the governmental work.
Moreover, al-Rawas commended the referendum that took place in Syria, which reflected the popular will that supports reforms and internal unity.
