Raad: Bets on West Failed in Collapsing Resistant Regimes

Head of "Loyalty to Resistance bloc" MP Mohammad Raad stressed that those who betted on the victory of the international conspiracy aiming at collapsing the resisting regimes in the region were miscalculating."
In his speech during the opening of Social Reform conference, Raad confirmed that "their bets have failed especially after the events of the previous days that obliged the Western countries to decrease the ceiling of their ambitions."
Warning that "foreign interferences and the aid of mercenaries will only lead to destruction, chaos, and devastating the track of future reform," the MP viewed that "the arrogant Western countries... were shocked by angry popular movement against their regional agents."
"The West has for elongated decades supported its loyal systems of oppression and tyranny in Tunisia, Egypt, Yemen and other countries in the region," he added.
The MP further pointed out that "they used these countries to pass compliance agreements at Camp David and Wadi Araba in order to legitimize the Zionist occupation of Palestine, to normalize relations with it, to surround steadfast states and forces of opposition as a prelude to subject or topple them."
Highlighting that the "West didn't find a way away from riding the wave of popular movement," Raad clarified that "they aim at circumventing the popular wrath, aborting its objectives , and diverting its national track."
"They used the public slogans to avenge the states' reluctant to Western project of hegemony in the region," he explained.
On the internal social front, Head of "Loyalty to Resistance bloc" affirmed that "Hizbullah puts on the top of its priorities the living conditions of the Lebanese."
"What we expect from this government is to maintain internal stability, to mitigate internal division, and to performing interoperability projects," Raad said.
