MP Khreis vows to confront attacks with unity and dialogue

MP Ali Khreis of the Development and Liberation bloc said that the explosions targeting Lebanon, including today's, which killed ISF Intelligence Services Captain Wissam Eid, are part of a plan to increase internal tension and drive Lebanon away from any solutions or agreements.
Khreis said that the series of criminal events targeting Lebanon are another facet of the "Israeli" aggressions on the country.
"The "Israeli" entity and its tools are committing these attacks against Lebanon," he said. "The way to face these attacks is through unity, dialogue and communal living," he added.
Khreis also called for interpreting the Arab initiative to create a neutral state and a national-unity government.
"I hope that true inter-Arab reconciliation will have positive influence on Lebanon," he said.
