Hizbullah Holds Memorial Ceremony for Martyr Hosam Khosh Nawes

Hizbullah's Deputy Secretary General His Eminence Sheikh Naim Qassem reiterated "The head of the Iranian Council for Reconstruction in Lebanon, Martyr Hosam Khosh Nawes was a model for generosity and sacrifice."

He further accused "Israel" of assassinating him "since he represents the path of resistance, independence, and liberty."
During the memorial ceremony Hiabullah held for Martyr Nawes in "Risalat" Amphitheatre in Dahyia [Southern Suburbs of Beirut], Sheikh Qassem pointed out as to the claims of Iran's financial support to Hizbullah, "We have always told you that Iran supports us.

In parallel, he stressed, "We receive and declare this support for the sake of Allah and for the sake of resisting "Israel"."
Moreover, His Eminence accentuated, "Iran represents honor and the foremost resister and supporter in the region," underlining, "Iran supports the path of resistance no matter what the sect."
Sheikh Qassem further expressed concern that the leadership of the Lebanese Future Movement suffers many repercussions and consecutive failures, stressing that the Movement's biased stance towards Syria was the cause of many problems, complications, and tensions, especially on the Lebanese-Syrian border.
Furthermore, Sheikh Naim Qassem called on the Future Movement to "reconsider their stances", deliberating five matters:

1- Accept invitation for national work away from foreign agendas and dictations.
2- Accept invitation for respecting the people's choice with a fair electoral law of true representation.

3- Set Lebanon away from foreign tensions and dissociate yourselves of these tensions so that the crisis does not extend to Lebanon.

4- Admit the necessity of building national construction.

5- Clarify your stance from "Israel" as an enemy, and the first requirement for considering "Israel" as an enemy is to resist this enemy.

For his part, the Iranian Ambassador to Lebanon Ghadanfar Rokon Abadi hailed Martyr Khosh Nawes, "who carried the care of the Iranian people to Lebanon and was at Lebanese's service, without differentiating between an area and the other or a sect and another.

Meanwhile, the Iranian envoy emphasized that "he martyr's assassination by armed groups indicates their relation with the "Israeli" enemy."
