Sheikh Qaouk: Lebanon Cannot Condone Government against Resistance

Deputy Chief of Hizbullah Executive Council, His Eminence Sheikh Nabil Qaouk reiterated that while "Israel" bids on the Syrian crisis to change balances of confrontation, March 14 forces are deeply delusional that matters in Lebanon can change in light of this crisis.
During a memorial in the Southern village of Sawaneh, Sheikh Qaouk stated, "The upcoming elections form a strategic opportunity [for March 14] to turn the tables, which indicates political ignorance," underscoring, "They dawdled to force Lebanese to choose between the 1960s electoral law and extending the due date of elections."
"Lebanon cannot condone a government that is against the resistance and provokes secession, however the resistance is stronger than to be dragged to governmental changes, elections, laws, the Syrian crisis, or US dictations," his Eminence stated.
On another note, Sheikh Qaouk stressed, "What kind of revolution that supposedly represents the people in Syria if its decisions are American and its injured being treated in Naharaya and Haifa?"
Moreover, His Eminence accentuated that Syria today is an American-"Israeli" desire aiming at neutralizing Syria from the conflict with "Israel", emphasizing, "Whoever runs the armed opposition does not want a political resolution for the crisis."
"These [armed people] do not want the well-being of Syria, otherwise they would have worked on a political solution to stop fighting and protect Syria," Sheikh Nabil Qaouk added.
