Sheik Qassem: We are proud of our relationship with Iran

Hizbullah Deputy Sheik Naim Qassem said that Iran has helped Lebanon without making any demands.
"Had other states offered unconditional help, we would have accepted their offer. However, they haven't provided us with any support to prevent us from being a resistance, while Iran has supported us without conditions," Qassem said on the 29th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution in Iran.
"Our relation with Iran is a source of pride for us, while your relation with the US brings shame on you," Qassem said, addressing the majority.
"The US wants its allies to be a tool in its hand," he added.
"Why are they bothered by Hizbullah's power in Lebanon? Has the party used its weapons for purposes other than liberating the South in 2000 and defending Lebanon in 2006? Why aren't they bothered by "Israel's" power and aggression? " Qassem asked.
He also said that there is no other way to solve the crisis besides participation. "The resistance, who defeated the "Israelis", will easily defeat those talking on its behalf," Qassem added.
