After the Supreme Defense Council's meeting in the Presidential Palace in Baabda, its Secretary-General General Mohammad Kheir reiterated, "The Council was briefed on the security situation in Lebanon, deliberated ways to provide for the Army's needs, and informed leaders about the general situation and the measures the Army has taken in Lebanese areas."
